Delete your Pappa! account

The fastest way: in the app

  1. Open Pappa!
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately and needs no request from us.

If you cannot reach the app

Email obviously@theaudacity.io from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your Pappa! account. We need it to come from that address so we can confirm the account is yours. We will confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, your profile and your display name, and your household memberships.

Any household in which you were the last remaining member, along with its cats, feeding records and weight history.

If someone else is still in your household, that household and its history stay with them. Entries you logged remain, but stop being attributed to you.

Cat photos were only ever stored on your own device, so they are removed when you delete the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies in database backups are rotated out within 30 days.

Se non riesci ad accedere all'app

Scrivi a obviously@theaudacity.io dall'indirizzo con cui ti sei registrato, chiedendo l'eliminazione del tuo account Pappa!. Deve arrivare da quell'indirizzo perché possiamo verificare che l'account sia tuo. Confermiamo entro 30 giorni.

Cosa viene eliminato

Le credenziali, il profilo con il nome visualizzato e le appartenenze alle case.

Ogni casa in cui eri l'ultimo membro rimasto, insieme ai suoi gatti, al registro dei pasti e allo storico dei pesi.

Se qualcun altro è ancora nella tua casa, quella casa e il suo storico restano a lui. Le voci che avevi registrato rimangono, ma non sono più attribuite a te.

Le foto dei gatti erano salvate solo sul tuo dispositivo: spariscono disinstallando l'app.

L'eliminazione è definitiva e non reversibile. Le copie residue nei backup del database vengono ruotate entro 30 giorni.
